Overhead 窃听风云 (2009)

A major stock exchange in the world, Hong Kong attracts not only money but any who try to manipulate the market. At the Hong Kong Police Force Commercial Crime Bureau, an operation is underway to infiltrate a trading company, Feng Hua International where a man, nicknamed “Boss” is the chief suspect.
The team, led by Inspector Leung (Lau Ching Wan) together with Yeung (Louis Koo) and Lam (Daniel Wu), installs interception devices to monitor the company’s communications. When crucial information on a surging share is intercepted, a moment of greed leads the team into a cross fire between the Bureau and the boss.
香港商业罪案调查科怀疑风华国际的大股东跟几宗内幕交易以及造市案有关，所以命令小光的情报组进行24小时的监管。梁俊义督察是截听小组的主管，他与警员杨真、林一祥，三人乔装进入风华国际，巧妙地布置各种偷听及监听仪器，开始对风华国际进行监控。
在一次行动中，杨真偶然得知风华国际的股东计划炒高公司股价的消息。而当时杨真儿子的手术需要 一大笔钱，而他自己也患了肝癌。同样，林一祥也急需用钱。所以二人决定炒股赚钱。梁俊义得知这个消息后，看在两个曾经出生入死好友的份上，勉强地对上司隐 瞒了这个消息。后来，三人赚了一大笔钱，暂时由梁俊义保管。但是，林一祥和杨真的全家却遭到杀手的追杀。原来这一切都是华业集团的主席马志华指使人做的。 正当杀手准备对梁俊义动手的时候，梁俊义用自己赚的1500万收买了杀手。梁俊义的性命得以保留了下来.....
